Our Returns Policy
Any discrepancies or shortfalls on your delivery must be reported within 3 days from date of delivery.
We accept returns on any unwanted products up to 14 days from date of order, this is providing the goods are returned in their original condition and fully working.
Should you wish to return a product outside of this 14 day period, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Any carriage charge for returning an item will be at your expense
No longer require your item?
Providing the item is returned within its original packaging, has not been installed, has no marks, and is in full working order we’d be happy to accept this return as per our returns policy.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details of what to do next. Please note if a product is returned without its original packaging, is marked in anyway or is no longer working there will be a charge OR no refund will be issued. The customer will be expected to make their own arrangements with regards to postage.
If a product is thought to be faulty please contact us at email@example.com or call us on 01268 724506 to discuss. If no solution can be found, we’d be happy to test the product, if shown to be a manufacturer fault we will attempt to repair the item. Or replace/credit if still under our warranty. If the product fault is found to be due to being installed incorrectly (not a manufacturer fault) no refund will be issued and the product will be returned to sender.
